- prepay for a minimum of 10 hours if client needs a professional designer’s help
- all hours from date of purchase expire in 30 days if you run out of hours and still need designer’s assistance then an additional set of 10 hours can be purchased and again expires in 30 days from date of purchase
- this service encompasses all consultation, design and décor services

For the upscale market of today, luxury clientele is looking for luxury services and/or experience especially when they are committing to an investment either purchase or in preparation to sell or purchase.
gift a client
- include a gift in your client welcome package for a complimentary consultation or introductory phone call.
- gift a client an Interior Design service to implement turn key solutions that could aid in closing a sell or in preparation to sell.

- first initial meet and greet to listen and evaluate your client’s needs, concerns and goals
- learn of our services to see if we are a good fit for their project
- schedule a consultation
- a questionnaire and a letter of agreement for the consultation service will then be emailed to you to sign and return by email prior to the consultation appointment
- an invoice will be emailed along with the letter of agreement and will be due upon receipt
consultation package
initial consultation
- proceeding 15-minute introductory phone call
- this is a two-hour working appointment and an extensive collaborative client and designer interview to mutually see if the project is a right fit for each of us
- we will give your client valuable information based on their needs, concerns, direction as well as expectations such as time frame and committed investment
- this initial meeting will give them clarity and a direction of how to proceed with the project and how to move forward
design packages
designer for a day
- this service is proceeding the initial consultation
- this is up to a six-hour working appointment proceeding the initial consultation
- based on the results of the initial consultation I spend the day with the you or work solo for a proposed design plan selecting a color palette, materials, finishes and fixtures, cabinetry, for an update, re-model or renovation
- this day can also be used for furniture, window treatments, storage solutions and referrals of services
- you will then have all the necessary selections, resources and design plan to move forward providing you are able to make decisions that same day
- this package is great for someone that wishes to implement the project themselves
- if you decide you need assistance or coaching after the service, an hourly fee of $195.00 per hour with a 10-hour minimum to be used within 30 days is applicable and by appointment either in person, by phone or email.

- all hours from date of purchase expire in 30 days if you run out of hours and still need designer’s assistance then an additional set of hours can be purchased and again expires in 30 days from date of purchase
- this service encompasses all consultation, design and décor services
*If the client chooses to use the full design service at some point then the process will start
from that point as a full design project there will be an additional letter of agreement agreed
upon along with the required fees that are applicable.

all services are paid 100% up front excluding hourly rate
